Bill and Harriet Albanese started Giavan in their New Jersey apartment forty three years ago with the simple goal of providing unique, high-quality jewelry to local dress stores and boutiques.  As the business grew and fashions changed, special occasion became the best market for our goods and for the last 25 years, we’ve created accessories worn by thousands of brides, moms and prom girls on one of the most important days of their life.

Half of our collection is still assembled in the United States – everyday, jewelry, sashes and hair accessories are made at our facility in New Jersey.  When customers call us, they speak with someone who has actual first-hand experience assembling and styling our products so they’ll tell you everything you want to know (and then some).
